1. Complete this form, then read and agree to the policies and procedures. Click Next at the bottom of this page.
2. Pay the registration fee + first months tuition + a withdrawal fee that equals one months tuition. This withdrawal fee will be credited to your May tuition if you DO NOT withdraw from the class before the end of the season. This payment must be paid at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot on the roster. (Family discount is 10% off monthly tuition.) Tuition rates are listed beside each class. The auto pay form may be printed and brought to the 1st class.
